You will play a pivotal role in enabling undergraduate learners to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential within the Faculty of Arts & Sciences.

Your remit will involve contributing to the further development, implementation and monitoring of undergraduate student advice and guidance systems, including Personal Development Plans, Personal Tutor support and Peer Mentoring. You will also actively support the professional development of academic staff.

With a substantial track record in a similar role, you will have proven expertise in engaging and working with students and academic staff. You will also be strategic in your thinking and innovative in your approach with first class communication and organisational skills.
